Even as grown ups, we all love children’s stories; the magical worlds, the magical stories, conjuring the image of characters in our minds eye and of course the beauty of storytelling.

There is almost a spellbinding magic in creating visual worlds, and as trained and published illustrators we get it, we are genuinely passionate about the storytelling and creating the visual ingredients that connect with children; so that they can create their world. This is at the heart of everything we do.
Our creative journey is a process of playing and discovery too!
All ideas start with a cup of tea and an open sketchbook – Everything that we produce is drawn and painted by us in our little studio by the sea.

Every single illustration we do starts in the sketch book.
Playing and experimentation is great fun, but only certain illustrations make it through – this is the most intense part of the process. Going back and forth, drawing on all of our experience, to make sure it works in our range.
This process can go on and on – its tough making it through to be an actual product!
